We had a truly wonderful meal at Elachi. The service was exceptional — attentive, warm, and tailored perfectly to our group. We've used these guys since moving to Gainsborough. Great, authentic flavours. Really good portions and lovely staff. Couldn't comment on the atmosphere as we've not used the dine in service.

Ordered food by using the website, collected from shop. Food was ready for the time applied, a complimentary can of pepsi, with a couple of poppadoms thrown in as well. Food was still hot and tasty when served, everyone enjoyed their food. Would recommend to anyone to use.
